Rudy L. Hendrickson, 58, 4002 A. Tholozan, St. Louis, died Saturday, June 7, 2003 in St. Louis University Hospital.
He was born February 16, 1945 in Meyer, Illinois, the son of Walter E. and Ruby Pryor Hendrickson.
He was a 1963 graduate of Canton, MO High School. He held several jobs where he was general manager. Mr. Hendrickson was a member of the Canton Methodist Church.
Survivors include his mother of Quincy; 1 brother, Richard "Hank" Hendrickson, Las Vegas, NV; 1 sister, Rose Alta Day, Quincy; a sister-in-law, Julia Maria Hunter and her husband Kurk, Florida; Grandnieces and nephews: Dean Douglas Day, Melanie Rose (Day) Jackson and her husband Tony, Tracy Matt Day and his wife Deb, Suzanne Pryor, Mary Beth (Hendrickson) Farrell and husband Shawn, James Walter Hendrickson, Jr. and wife Christine; Great-grand nieces and nephews: Brock Robinson, Aaron Robinson and wife Brandy Robinson, Sarah Day, Natasha Day, Alicia (Robinson) Lopez and husband Rick, Lucas Robinson and Lindsay Day; 3 great great great nieces and 2 great great great nephews; his extended family, Cemedia Day, Dannie Mascia and wife Amy and Brooke and Paige Mascia. He was preceded in death by his father, a brother Captain James Hendrickson, a great nephew James Aaron Hendrickson and a step grand nephew Donnie Mascia.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 11, 2003 in the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home with the Rev. officiating. Burial in New Providence Cemetery in Ursa. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 7 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
