She was born May 22, 1941 in Augusta, Illinois, the daughter of Paul and Edna Berry Howard. Fonda was a hairdresser in Quincy
Survivors include a son, James Kevin Jacobs, Bartonville, IL; 2 daughters, Kathy Hakim, Birmingham, AL; Debra Jacobs Campbell, Riverview, FL; 1 brother, Barry Howard, Bartonville, IL; 1 sister, Paula Douglas, Peoria, IL; 9 grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, May 29,2004 at the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home, Rev. Joby Brown officiating. Friends are invited to the services.
