Robert E. Frese, Jr., age 56, of 1526 Hwy. 104, Quincy, died on Monday, October 17, 2005 at 5:30 p.m. at Blessing Hospital.

He was born on November 13, 1948 in Quincy, Illinois, the son of Robert E. Sr., and Dorothy M. Parrish Frese.

Robert was a graduate of Quincy High School. He was self-employed, and he was the owner of the Flying Inn Tavern. He also worked at Albertson's food stores in Kearns, Utah and Pride Transportation in Salt Lake City, Utah. Robert was a member of Teamsters Local 222.

Survivors include his son, Matthew E. Frese of Quincy; his mother, Dorothy M. Frese of Quincy; his brother Michael L. Frese of Quincy; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Deborah Sue Frese.

Funeral services will be Friday, October 21, 2005 at 10 a.m. at the Hansen Spear Funeral Home with the Rev. Kurt Hartrich, O.F.M. officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday, October 20, 2005 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
