Winona "Colleen" Lumsden, age 84, of 901 S. 36th, Apt. 208, Quincy, died Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at 8:30 am in Blessing Hospital.

Colleen was born July 27, 1929 in Milan, Missouri, the daughter of Murl and Iva Belle Coffman On April 4, 1951 she married Loren Lee Lumsden in Milan, MO. He preceded her in death.

Colleen attended school in Milan, Missouri. She worked at the packaging corporation until it closed. She was also employed by Good Samaritan Home until her retirement. She moved to Las Vegas to be near her family and lived there for 15 years then returned to Quincy in 2011.

Colleen was a member of Central Baptist Church, and the Elks Auxiliary. She loved to dance - clogging, square dance, line dance, you name it, she could do it.

Survivors include: a daughter, Lexie L. (Grady) Keigwin of Quincy; a grandson, Jeffrey (Pam) Hiland of Round Lake, IL; a great-grandson, Jonathan Hiland; 2 great-granddaughters, Brandy and Stephanie Hiland; a great great-granddaughter, Autumn Rose Hiland; a great great-grandson, Trevor Michael Hiland all of Round Lake, IL.

In addition to her husband, Winona was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Dorothy Galyen, 2 aunts, Morene Lumsden, and Lorene Molly.

Graveside Services: 10:30 am Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Greenmount Cemetery, with Billy Cole officiating.

Burial: Greenmount Cemetery, Quincy, Illinois
