Elizabeth C. "Betty" Jobe, age 75 of 2130 Harrison, Quincy, IL died February 13, 2008 at the Good Samaritan Home.

She was born November 1, 1932 in Quincy, IL the daughter of Ernest and Clara Crabbe Goodwin.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother; a member of Calvary Baptist Church; a member of Eagles Lodge; and a member of Moose Lodge.

Survivors include three sons, Michael K. Jobe and his wife, Betty, Quincy; Jon D. Jobe and his wife Deborah, Wildwood, MO; Jeremy S. Jobe and his wife, Kerri Ann, Quincy; two daughters, Sherry Hopkins and her husband, Scott, Woodstock, IL; Candy Weisenberger and her husband, Jerry, Quincy; 11 grandchildren, Aimee Jobe, San Diego; Kendra (Jobe) Shade and her husband Travis, Palmyra, MO; Abby Jobe, Quincy, IL; Jacob Jobe, Quincy, IL; Christopher Weisenberger and his wife Vicky, Liberty, IL; Adam Weisenberger, Lincoln, NE; Jason Hopkins and his wife, Melanie, Woodstock, IL; Alex Hopkins, Woodstock, IL; Kaleigh Hopkins, Woodstock, IL; Rachel Roth, Wildwood, MO; Heather Roth, Wildwood, MO; five great-grandchildren, Caleb, Joshua and MacKenzie Weisenberger, Liberty, IL; Aurora and Annabelle Hopkins, Woodstock, IL; one brother Roger Goodwin, Quincy; two sisters, Emma Phillips, Barbara Goodwin, Pittsfield, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 6 sister: Bernadine Garl, Margaret Parsons, Catherine Glas, Donna McGury, Joyce and Phyllis Goodwin; and 4 brothers: Harvey, Wilbur, Arthur and Edward Goodwin.

Services will be held Monday, February 18, 2008 at 1:00 PM in the Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Mickey Farlow officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 - 7:00 PM in the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home. Burial in Greenmount Cemetery, Quincy, IL. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Parkinson's Disease Association (PDASD).
