Evan Philip Busbey died on February 17, 2016 in his home at the age of 17.
Evan was born on January 24, 1999 to Beth Duesterhaus Busbey and Michael Burke Busbey in Blessing Hospital.
An honor roll student at Quincy High School, Evan wore many hats - both literally and figuratively. Evan was a juggler, a unicycler, a skilled pianist, a wood and stone carver, a metal worker, a lapidary artist, a motocross rider, and even knew his way around the sewing machine. He was an all around good egg.
Evan is survived by his parents, Burke and Beth Busbey, his brother, Luke, grandmother, Elizabeth Busbey, and grandparents, J.D. and Sherry Schmalshof, as well as multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Evan will be buried in his family's cemetery.
