"I remember Luke running around my home as a toddler playing with Angie, Bo and my son. I remember Luke skateboarding in my driveway with spiked hair that was colored on a home visit to Hannibal, Missouri. Luke was adorable and although I did not reconnect as an adult to know him better I do know he was raised by parents who loved and guided him. Go in peace and help your father and mother."

Rick Kettering wrote on Jan 8, 2018:

"Luke. I'm gonna miss you brother. We just spoke a few weeks ago and we always had conversations every couple of months. He kept me up with goes on with Bo, what Angie has been up to, I would always ask about every kids, and always how where my other parents Bob and Jane. He was always upbeat and nothing could take him down. Luke would always talk about his kids and it always wonderful. Every year he would talk about big gatherings. I have so many stories, but most of all I'm gonna miss Luke being Luke. The days of the pool, or playing sports, skateboarding, and I remember meeting the whole family when Luke had a broken arm on a skateboard peddling around on his knee and Bo being on his bike. I can keep going on, but just to round it off. I'm going to miss you Luke. Heaven just got another good angel way too soon."

Sarah Schol wrote on Jan 7, 2018:

"I grew up with Luke. He was another brother; a constant fixture in my life during those incredibly strange, incredibly fun school-aged years. He and my brother were especially close. I cannot begin to describe the amount of memories we all share... riding the bus together, going to the movies during our intersessions at Butler, playing at the park after school... the list is endless. In all the years we spent hanging out or in school together, one part of Luke never changed--his kindness, his loving nature, his pure smile, and infectious laughter. Luke was simply a happy person. His kindness was evident in his eyes and open smile. Everyone who knew Luke would agree. I'm am so fortunate to have so many memories that I share with Luke and our families. He will be forever missed."

Pat & Dick Wentura wrote on Jan 2, 2018:

"Dear Morriss Family, Words can't begin to describe how saddened we are that Luke is gone. We spent an evening with he and his sons on Christmas Eve. He loved his family and was so happy when he was with Logan and Cameron. Family times mean so much to us as it did with him so we had a fun night playing games and enjoying one another. Before the evening was over he asked if I would take a photo of he and his sons in front of the fireplace. We will always love that picture and remember him with that big smile on his face. We shall miss him. As ever, Pat and Dick Wentura"

Susan Wentura wrote on Jan 2, 2018:
