SaBrina E. Steward, age 25, of Quincy, died Thursday, January 17, 2019, at 6:10 pm in Blessing Hospital.

SaBrina was born October 21, 1993 in Honolulu, Hawaii, the daughter of Donald and Tonya Shirley Steward.

SaBrina's greatest dream was to walk across the stage at her high school graduation without the aid of a wheel chair. She would realize that dream in 2012 when she graduated from Quincy High School. SaBrina had also attended John Wood Community College after graduation. SaBrina volunteered at Blessing Hospital, and she loved her work there. SaBrina also spent many hours at the Quincy Public Library, where she would read and listen to audio books. She also enjoyed riding four wheelers and golf carts out on the farm.

Survivors include: parents, Tonya and Jim Pratt of Quincy, IL; father, Donald Steward of FL; four siblings: Ashlynn Steward of Quincy, IL; Kaleb Steward of Palmyra, MO; Kathryn (Keith) Brown of Camp Point, IL; and Corbin Pratt of Camp Point, IL; two grandmothers: Judy Huff and Carol Phillips, both of Quincy; her grandparents, James and Alberta Pratt; two great grandmothers: Carlene Dralle of Camp Point, IL; and Mary Lou Shritley of Fayetteville, NC; her Godfather, Jerry McPherson; Godmother, Terri Burdon; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

SaBrina was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Terry Bailey, William Huff, Hugh Shirley, and Donald Steward; her great-grandparents, Donald and Betty Steward; Wilma and Earl Bryant; and Glen and Hazel Bailey; her great-grandfathers, Gene Shirley, and Wayne Dralle; her aunt, Josephine Schroder; and three uncles: Gary, Joe, and Kit Bryant.

Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Hansen-Spear Funeral Home.

Visitation: One hour prior to service at Hansen-Spear Funeral Home

She always had that pretty smile where ever she went. I was doing my Daily devotions and she ask me what I was doing. I explained what it was and she said, cool! I did a Devotion with her.
