"Our whole Beckman family always got together over the years for Christmas and picnics and visiting each other at the individual homes through the years. I have so many great memories of those times that all of us spent together. Aunt Eileen always made it fun, as all her siblings did. They did it to give us treasured memories of our years together. Aunt Eileen did a great job entertaining and loving us for the persons we were and later enjoying our own little ones. Aunt Eileen was truly a great lady, wife, mother, aunt and grandmother. She will truly be missed. I will love you always Aunt Eileen! ?? Annette Mahan"

"She was one of the very best people I have ever known. She was the best mother-in-law a girl could have. She was a wonderful gramma. She made an impact on everyone she knew because she really cared and loved with her whole heart! She knew what kindness was. She would stick up for anyone. She wouldn?t let someone say something bad about anyone in her presence. She would say,?Except for the grace of God there go I.? We are so blessed to have had her in our lives and now to carry in our hearts. Thank you Eileen for sharing your life and heart with us! ??Mary Prier"

"Aunt Eileen was one of those ?go to? people. She knew how to get things done and was very giving and unselfish. I remember I would tag along sometimes with my dad when he made an impromptu call to her about getting his hair cut. She always made time. I have very fond childhood memories of us visiting the Priers in West Burlington and Aunt Eileen making popcorn and serving RC Cola. Pop over kool aid. What a treat !!! She will be missed.
