Jeff Stanley
Canton - Jeff Stanley, 58, of Canton, passed away Monday, April 8, 2019 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born on October 5, 1960 to Elmer and Iona (Fahey) Stanley.
Surviving are two children, Vince (Ericia) Stanley, of Winter Garden Florida, Jorden (Kaylee) Stanley, of Canton, one grandson Rhett Stanley, the mother of his children, Holly Ray, one brother Tom Stanley, two sisters Valerie Stanley, and Vickie Sepich, one aunt, Betty Barnes and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one nephew.
Jeff worked at Graham Hospital, he was a member of the First Baptist Church in Canton where he was a devoted leader of the food pantry, he was a member of the fisherman's club, he enjoyed helping people and mowing but most of all he loved spending time with his friends, family and his grandson Rhett.
A funeral will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton at 10:00 a.m., visitation will be held at the funeral home the night before, Friday, April 12, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Burial will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in Canton.
Memorials can be made to the First Baptist Church Food Pantry.
A Funeral Luncheon will be held following the service at the First Baptist Church in Canton.
The Reverend Monroe Bailey will officiate the funeral service.
