Thomas William Fagerlind
May 15, 1957 - April 9, 2019

Thomas W. Fagerlind treasured father, grandfather and husband, age 61 of Duncombe, IA, passed away peacefully on April 9th surrounded by family and friends at the Paula J. Baber Hospice House in Fort Dodge, IA. Tom was born on May 15th of 1957 in West Union, IA., Son of Paul and Patricia Fagerlind.
Tom was married to Sally Crisman from May of 1979 to September of 1999. Tom and Sally had Two sons Jason and Brian.

Tom then remarried on 9/9/09 to Melissa Nelson with her children Mikeal, Brooke and Allie.
Tom enjoyed a long successful career in Food Service for restaurants such as Steak-o-rama, Happy Chef and Hardees. Tom also worked at Vantec for 8 years.
Throughout Tom's life he enjoyed an array of hobbies, most notable were his love of Flying, Meteorology and his passion for Computing.
Tom is survived by his wife Melissa (Nelson) Fagerlind: Two sons Jason (Ashley) Fagerlind and Brian (Candace) Fagerlind: 3 step children Mikeal Nelson, Brooke Gordon and Allie Gordon; Sister Paula Roller. He was preceded in death by his Parents and Sisters, Susan Meyer, Sandra Rickert and Peggy Hancock.

Tom's friends and family will be celebrating his life on May 4th at Briggs Woods Campground Shelter in Webster City, IA from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
