Steven J. Hornyak, age 56, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2019, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
Steve was born April 11, 1963, in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of Steve and Beverly Jean (Clark) Hornyak. He is survived by three children, Kyle Murray, Kacy Murray, and Kody Murray; a brother, Nick Hornyak; and a sister, Brenda Hornyak. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Ames Monument & Cremation Center has been entrusted with the care of Steve and his family. No formal service will be held at this time.
