"An old soul, deep thinker and listener. Beautiful eyes that looked beyond the surface, always a comfortable style, little pretense, but hidden depths. The care he gave to details and making things happen without the apparent need to call attention to himself. Amazing photographer too. "

"Memories get blurry - details fade (when, why, topics) but Cameron made the evening special. He had his mom, Charmiane, invite some friends over for dinner. What struck me most? A son, in his teens, caring about his mom AND her friends enough to fix a special meal for them. Don't recall if it was Mother's Day, Valentine's, No special date ... but remember the there were appetizers, a long wait so we could all talk, laugh while giggling about stories and speculate about what dinner would be and when... You see, Cameron was creating quietly in the kitchen. We weren't allowed to come watch. Lots of activity going from one counter to the other, baking pans, detail work. When time to eat, he served these beautiful plates of encrusted meat (I want to say fish but don't recall) with sliced/chopped almond and the side artfully displayed on each plate. Cameron played the part of Chef/Server and his eyes glimmered with delight as we each tasted and raved about the food. Then, he disappeared to work on the dessert dishes. He said he just wanted to practice cooking and gave at least one of Charmiane's friends (me) an evening to remember. NEVER before or since has a friend's son made that kind of great effort for his mom and her friends at 16, 17 years old (that I witnessed). Sending Hugs and Cherishing the memory Robin Neal "
