Ann Castano
January 12, 1923 - April 28, 2019
Beloved Aunt, Ann M. Costano, age 96, of the Silver Ridge Park North section of Berkeley Township passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Montclair, she lived in Clifton for many years before moving to Silver Ridge in 2001.
Mrs. Castano was a Lab Technician for Hoffman-LaRoche for over 25 years before retiring in 1970. She enjoyed sewing and needlepoint, and caring for her family.
She is predeceased by her Mother, Jennie, and her father, James; her husband, Michael; her sister, Mary Jane Harris; her brother, Alexander Tornillo; and her nephew, Richard Harris. She is survived by her brothers, Thomas Tornillo, James Tornillo, and her sister Margaret DeSantis; and her nieces and nephews, Deborah A. Zecchino, Colleen DiDomenico, Harold Harris Jr., Jayne Millman, Thomas Tornillo Jr., Sheri Zakresky, Dean DeSantis, Christopher Tornillo and many great nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
