Minnie M. Kopec, age 79, of Lakehurst died on Monday, May 6, 2019 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Lakewood, she lived in Freehold and Howell for most of her life before moving to Lakehurst 19 years ago.
A homemaker, Mrs. Kopec enjoyed watching soap operas and game shows.
She was predeceased by her children, Lisa on May 28, 1969 and Frank on June 14, 2014. She is survived by her Husband Frank; her children, Donna Clayton of Lakehurst, Brenda Saupe and her husband Warren of Manchester, and Richard of Lakehurst; 11 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
Services were private under the direction of Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River.
