"I was Nancy's roommate during her early college years at UMO. She was an excellent student with a beautiful, easy smile. After a huge absence of making connections, we met last summer in Maine, and she had not changed!! She was still beautiful, inside and out, sensitive, and we shared many serious conversations about our lives. She was a good listener, extremely perceptive and articulate, and carried a wisdom that only her life could provide. I will miss her informational texts and emails.... her smile.... My best to all of her family and friends as we all remember and celebrate her life. Joanie Simard "
