Gerald G. J.T. Yarolem III of Dewitt Iowa died Wednesday evening February 14 2001 at his home in rural Dewitt Iowa as the result of a mobile home fire.



Funeral Services will be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday February 202001.0 from the Central Community Schools of Dewitt High School Gymnasium. Pastor Bill Huff of the First Baptist Church in Dewitt Iowa will officiate. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 P.M. on Monday February 19 2001 from the Schultz Funeral Home in Dewitt Iowa. Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery Dewitt Iowa. The services are being handled jointly by the Carson & Son Funeral And Cremation Services in Maquoketa Iowa and the Schultz Funeral Home in Dewitt Iowa.



Gerald G. J.T. Yarolem III was born on April 7 1995 in Cedar Rapids Iowa to Gerald G. J.R. Yarolem and Silvia Brown. J.T. was a student at Ekstrand Elementary School in Dewitt Iowa. He had attended the First Baptist Church in Dewitt Iowa. He enjoyed wrestling tee ball bowling hot wheels Dale Earnhardt and watching stock car races. He was an all american boy.



He is survived by: His Parents- J.R. Yarolem and Silvia Brown both of Dewitt IA; 2 Brothers- Matt Yarolem of Maquoketa IA & Cody Yarolem of Dubuque IA; 3 Sisters- Shannon Brauer of Dewitt IA & Kourtnee & Lacee Yarolem both of Aurora IA; Paternal Grandfather & Step-Grandmother- Jerry & Janice Yarolem of Maquoketa IA; Paternal Grandmother- Judy(Wayne) Potter of Wyoming IA; Paternal Step-Grandfather- Carl Rickels of Monmouth IA; Paternal Great-Grandmother & Step-Great-Grandfather- Velma & Don Jensen of Olin IA; Maternal Grandmother & Step-Grandfather- Michelle & Ray McIntire of Jesup IA; Maternal Grandfather & Step-Grandmother- Allen & Pam Brown of Wyoming IA; & Maternal Step-Grandparents- Sherry & Jim Smith of Olin IA. He was preceded in death by his Great-Grandparents.



A Gerald G. J.T. Yarolem III Memorial Fund has been established.
