Shirley Heistad, of White Lake, died Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at St. Clare's Hospital in Weston. She was 58 years old. She was born on October 27, 1960, in Shawano, a daughter of Frank and Amaryllis (Shipley) Temple.
She was a graduate of White Lake High School with the class of 1979.
Shirley was a secretary at the Apostolic Worship Center in Elton for 25 years.
Survivors include son, Jordan (Julie) Heistad, Antigo; two daughters, Jessica (Norman) Mason and Nicole (Silvestre) Carrillo all of Antigo; five grandchildren; three sisters, Joanne (Robert) Kirsch, Antigo, Roxanne (Fred) Leonard, Antigo, Rita (Dean) Raisor, Wausau; a brother, Tom Temple, Antigo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Nancy Morales, a brother, Henry Williams.
No services are scheduled.
