Terry Stonebarger wrote on May 25, 2019:

"Dear Mr. Richard Wild, I am a best friend of Mary Gerischer and over the past 30 some years I have known her she has given me quite a picture of hers and David's families much like my own). We have our good times and our bad, however, it is my heart-felt belief that when we get to those Pearly Gates those who have gone before, regardless of how we felt at the end of our lives, when we meet there at those beautiful gates all be well and love will abound. This Bible verse was my mother's favorite for the better part of her life and I try to apply it as I go through my days which are sometimes dark and depressed. It is Psalm 118:24 "This is the day the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it." KJV When I became right minded a while after Mom's passing I thought long and hard on this one and how could I rejoice at the loss of my dear sweet little mother. This is the seed that I believe the Holy Spirit planted in my mind.....I am to rejoice for her going home for several reasons that I won't go into but this is the most important reason for us to both rejoice, they suffer no longer with any pain or mental anguish (my mom suffered the mental anguish because of my siblings and my trials and tribulations). I realize I sound like a "Bible thumping idiot who knows an iota of nothing", but regardless of what I am saying the meaning I am trying to get across is this: I am here for you, stranger though I may be. If there is anything that I might be able to help you with even if it is just to listen, then I am here. Also, there is a website you might find comforting. Here is the web address: christianslikeme.net . Pastor Rolf Anderson is one of the administrators there and is also a qualified counselor. As I said, if I can give you any assistance, feel free to email me. stoneterry3@gmail.com You and the family have my heart and my prayers. David was a good guy who did some good by me so if I can help one of his own, I'm ready to help. GOD Bless Terry Lynn Stonebarger "

"I was crushed to hear of Sue's passing. I shall miss chatting for hours with her around her kitchen table. I always considered her one of my surrogate mothers as she always treated me as one of the family. Her booming laugh and ready smile made me feel at home when visiting. She is in god's hands now but will live on through her family and friends."
