Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 1, 2019 at the Joyce Funeral Home. Interment is in St. John's Catholic Cemetery in Emmetsburg. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
Annabelle C. Loring was born January 13, 1922, in Peoria, Illinois, the daughter of Jacob and Ursula (Wiwi) Loring.
Annabelle enjoyed music, crafts, cooking and spending time with her family. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Parish in Emmetsburg.
On May 29, 2019, Annabelle passed away at the Palo Alto County Hospital in Emmetsburg. She was 97.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Sharon Cole and the late Bill Cole of Davenport, Iowa, Larry Rolling of Davenport, Iowa, Patty Shibe and her husband, Allen of Albion, Iowa, Kenny White and his wife, Paula of Marshalltown, Iowa, and Terry Larson of Waterloo, Iowa; three sisters Alberta Spurling of Fort Dodge, Liz (Jim) Reinders of Estherville and Pauline Loring of Emmetsburg; two brothers: Larry (Jeanne) Loring of Ankeny and Frank (Shirley) Loring of Emmetsburg; 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son, Richard; two sisters: Margaret Onken and Rita Goeders; and three brothers: James, Ed and Raymond Loring.
