Arnold T. Brown age 74 of Monmouth Iowa died Friday Morning November 72003.0 at his home in Monmouth Iowa.
Memorial Services will be held at 11 A.M. Tuesday November 112003.0 from the Carson & Son Funeral And Cremation Services in Maquoketa Iowa. There will be no public visitation. Cremation Rites will be accorded.
Arnold T. Brown was born on August 2 1929 in Jackson
County Iowa to Norman Brown and Ila (Howell) Brown. He was a 1948 graduate of Monmouth High School. He married Alice Short on June 27 1951 in Maquoketa Iowa.
Arnold Brown farmed most of his life in the Monmouth area. He also did concrete work and built several houses. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Maquoketa Iowa. He enjoyed his work cats traveling before he became ill and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by: his wife- Alice Brown of Monmouth IA; a son- Joel Brown of Monmouth IA; his mother & stepfather- Ila & Herb Lehrman of Olin IA; 2 sisters- Norma(Mrs. Allen) Clark of Maquoketa IA & Janet(Mrs. Marvin) Hansen of Kent WA; 2 step-sisters- Janet(Mrs. Stan) Benischek of Davenport IA & Nancy(Mrs. Larry) Morris of Cedar Rapids IA; & 1 step-brother- Darrell Andresen of Davenport IA. He was preceded in death by his father- Norman a son- Gordon on December 91972.0 & his step-father- Marx Andresen.
