"Dick and I did many things together. There was Monroe street and measuring the distance to the church by about an inch so could built a liquor store. There was the IGA store where needed Reinhart approval. There were many projects and leases. A good business person, sense of humor and love to have fun. But crafty in his own way. Over many years we lots of fun. I loved his simple. I think of him often. Proud of his sports minded kids. He will never be missed. Plus no one will ever be like him. A one of a kind. "
