In loving memory of

George Bradley, Jr.
October 25, 1945 - June 10, 2019

George Bradley Jr., 73, of Weston, Florida, passed away on June 10, 2019.

George was born on October 25, 1945 in Braintree, Massachusetts to Lulu and George Bradley Sr. He had an infectious smile, a fearless spirit and made new friends everywhere he went. He grew up on ice skates playing hockey and graduated from Northeastern University.

George once was a caddie at Brookeline Country Club, which instilled a lifetime love of golf. He was most proud of his position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Rock Resorts, working for the Rockefeller family. There he met his wife, Patti Ann Zagarino. His career took him to Boston, where they thought they would settle, but he was offered an amazing opportunity to work at Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida, as Executive Vice President. His career path and love of boating lead him to become President of SeaJets, a ferry service between South Florida and the Bahamas, as well as The Cat out of Miami.

George loved spending time with his three kids, Kristen, Derek and Kara. His children meant everything to him - they were the sun, the moon and the stars. George also loved cooking dinner every night, playing the lottery, getting coffee from Dunkin Donuts (taking extra Sweet N' Low for a rainy day), eating crispy well-done thin pizza and talking to his Trailmore Lane neighbors. If you could not find him in front of the television rooting for a Boston sports team, you could find him sitting by the pool with Cozi, smoking his beloved Parliament cigarettes and drinking a vodka and tonic. In another life, George was either a CNN news anchor or NBC weatherman. He was a news-junkie and was always checking the weather app on his phone.

George is a breast cancer survivor. He loved his team of doctors at Memorial West Breast Center. This team became so important in his daily life - their knowledge and kindness cannot be measured. In his very last days, he was still battling cancer.

He will be dearly missed by those who loved him and the many lives he touched.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that you please donate to the amazing team at Memorial West Breast Center: http://support.mhsfoundation.org/site/TR/DIY/General-MemorialDIYWrapper?px=1123194&pg=personal&fr_id=1100
