Felipe Rocha Marentes
September 16, 1965 - July 6, 2018

Felipe R. Marentes, resident of Kyle, TX., passed away on July 6, 2018. His life was full of love and family. Felipe was born in Mexico on September 16, to Felipe and Maria Rocha Marentes. He came to the US in search of a better life and opportunity. Felipe became a skilled trade welder which he took great pride in. His family describes him as a quiet and private person. He was a very organized person, who worked hard and never complained. His favorite past times were relaxing at home, doing yard work, listening to his favorite Tejano music and most importantly spending time with his children and grandchildren. His hobbies were working on his Chevy Silverado pick-up truck which he took good care of, he enjoyed watching football, especially the Dallas Cowboys. His absence will leave a great void in his families lives, he will be dearly missed.

Felipe is preceded in death by a brother. Left to cherish his memories are his parents, Felipe Marentes and Maria Ester Rocha Marentes; his loving wife Maria Elena Marentes of Kyle; his children, Felipe Marentes of San Antonio, Justin Marentes of Kyle, Christiana Vasquez of San Antonio, Priscilla Marentes of Kyle; 4 grandchildren; 9 brothers and sisters and numerous extended relatives.
