"I had the pleasure of meeting Octavio in 2010 and worked with him until 2014. Octavio was truly a good friend in every sense of the word. We spent a lot of time working together overseas and became good friends. I am honored to have been called brother. Octavio always took the time to ask "how are you hombre?" and then he'd listen. Octavio cared for those around him, and he had a sweet and gentle spirit. We talked challenges of life, work, cool cars, girls, his sisters children, guns, and his mother. I'll never forget Octavio's smile and the way he bobbed his head up and down when laughing. His easy going nature would allow him to interface with anyone. His perspective on life was both logical and spiritual. He feared God, he loved his family, and he was a true patriot. Octavio my friend, your favorite little spring roll (Toan) and I will be toasting your life. We will lift a glass to your friendship from one of our small haunts in back in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We love you and miss you my friend. Rob Scarry"
