In loving memory of

Clyde Wayland Sutton
June 30, 1946 - October 26, 2013

Clyde W. (Shorty) Sutton had the reputation of being an excellent construction contractor. It was on one of his job sites that he passed from this life on October 26, 2013.Shorty began being self-employed at Canyon Lake in l975. He has had a tree-trimming business, concrete construction and home-building businesses. In his 20's he worked for the Austin Fire Dept. and was a member of the Army National Guard. Fishing for bass was his passion. He put as much effort into it as he did the construction for his customers. He was convinced that the bass "feared" him when he was competing in a tournament. He is survived by his first wife and long time friend Dottie Jordan, two daughters and sons-in-laws, Maelee and Corey Hayes and Amy and Bobby Duarte, and three granddaughters, Madeleine Hayes and Baylor and Paxton Duarte.
