"Dear Richard and Son, I knew Tina when she was Tina Pullen. We were friends in church at Highland Baptist in Lubbock. I am so sorry to read of Tina's passing; she was far too young to go. I remember, though, that Tina had an exceptional maturity to be so young. She packed a lot into her years with a Phd. and a very long marriage. I wish I had known Tina was in Austin. I pulled up her Masters thesis online and am in the process of reading it. It is VERY good. you must have both been so proud of her. I am also very interested in Latin American Studies. We evolved into women with similar interests, so we would have had so much to talk about. Anyway, I just wanted to say I am praying for both of you, and that God will ease your pain. Tina was a wonderful person. God speed."
