Jesus resurrected them back to earth, to be with their families who love them and missed them and needed them. You can read of the true life events in the Holy Bible. The resurrection of Lazarus in John chapter 11; The widow of the city of Nain who lost her son in Luke 7:11-17; Jairus' daughter Luke 8:41, 42 & 49 - 56. These accounts recorded in the Holy Bible were put the to give us hope and to let us know that Jesus Christ has authority over death (Matthew 28:18)...... Glenda Elizabeth Dillon, 64, of Hampton, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2019, at Franklin General Hospital in Hampton. She was born on July 20, 1954, in High Point, North Carolina, the daughter of Homer and Mary (Rice) Prim.
Glenda moved to Cocoa Beach, Florida, in 1957, and graduated from Cocoa Beach High. Glenda met her late husband Charles Dillon. Together, they traveled the world; destinations including Hong Kong, Paris and Eastern Europe.
Glenda is survived by her children Alicia (Steven), Charles (Angel), Jeremy (Amy) and Kerri.
Her greatest joy was being "G-ma" to Nicklaus, Shayla, Thomas (Tiffani), Moira (Michiah), Madellaine, Matthew, Melody, Aiden, Owen, Bianca, Ella, Lili, Isabel, Wyatt and Evelyn.
The family is holding a private memorial service for Glenda out of state at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the World Wildlife Fund or to your local Humane Society.
