"To my Dearest Steve and the entire Arman Family, my deepest condolences to you on the unfortunate passing of your loved one, Dexter. I never had the opportunity to meet Dexter in person, but my close relationship with you Steve, tells me the kind of person Dexter was. Like you, he surely must have been a gentle and kindhearted soul. May your family be comforted during this time of solace and grief, knowing that Dexter is in a better place and has gone to meet his maker, the Almighty God. The Arman family is blessed to have had Dexter. God makes all decisions, and he chose to reclaim his son. May his wonderful soul rest in peace. Very sincerely, Bobby Bissoon and Family."
