Tributes

Julie Stinson Heatherly wrote on Jul 3, 2019:

"I only knew Jim as the younger brother of my classmate, Vernon. Only when I was in Colfax in the the 90?s while I was taking care of my Mother and later my Dad did I get to know him better. I would run into him and his darling wife at various places/events in Colfax. They were a beautiful couple and I enjoyed his warm, fun and upbeat personality-he always made me laugh with his funny stories and comments! Colfax has lost yet another wonderful citizen and friend! Condolences to his family."
