Rosella "Rosy" Hamm
October 22, 1956 - July 3, 2019

Rosella "Rosy" Ann Hamm, 62, of Hampton, Iowa, passed away July 3, 2019, at the MercyOne North Iowa Hospice in Mason City, Iowa. She was born October 22, 1956, in Riceville, Iowa, to Raymond R. and Dorothy M. (Ademite) Knipfel.

Rosy graduated from Hampton High School in Hampton, Iowa. She was united in marriage to Terry L. Hamm on August 22, 1981, in Hansell, Iowa. She worked at Northrup King, B&W grocery store and for ABCM Corporation in Hampton for 30 years. Rosy was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Hampton. She enjoyed painting, gardening, pottery and trips to the Great Lakes.

Rosy is survived by her husband Terry L. Hamm of Hampton, daughter Jessie (Sherwin) Talinao of Chesapeake Beach, Maryland, son Thomas Hamm of Hampton, grandson Seamus Talinao, granddaughter Madeliene Talinao, granddaughter Sidney Talinao, sister JoAnn Young of Hansell, sister LaVonne "Pickle" Wilson of Sheffield, brother Willie (Nancy) Knipfel of Hampton, brother-in-law Chuck (Betty) Hamm of Alexander, sister-in-law Brenda Sanchez of Mason City.

Rosy was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Dorothy Knipfel, brother Russell Knipfel, brother-in-laws Timothy Wilson and Richard Young and sister-in-law Charlene Palmer.
