"When her country called Tracy Stolpa answered and entered the United States Army where she served honorably and well. The flag that covers her coffin is her flag. The red is made a little redder by her courage when she enlisted in the Army. The white is a little purer by the honor with which she served. The blue field and 50 stars represent our nation and American ideas for which she served. She was an American hero. Strength and Honor Tracy - Salute"

"I was friends with Tracy in elementary school before I moved away. We had just reconnected on Facebook after all these years. She was a friend I always remember because of her contagious smile and joy and kindness. I have a picture of us at about 10 years old! She sure was a tiny thing, and I will always remember what a good friend she was to me, and that beautiful smile!"

Shonda Meekins wrote on Jul 5, 2019:

"I met Tracy back in the late 1990?s when we were both hired as 911 dispatchers. There were many that applied and only 4 of us made it through. We became a tight little group all have two things in common: we were all scared out of our minds, and hoping to be able to do the job. The 4 of us became good friends through training and hung out often. Over the years we have all went on to do other things, and lost touch. But thanks to Facebook, I was able to reconnect with Tracy and we just picked up where we left off. I know that she is in a better place, but she will be truly missed by myself as well as her Georgia 911 family. May her family find comfort in knowing that she touched so many lives with her kindness and giving nature. Tracy, you will truly be missed."
