Tim Spiegl
April 25, 1953 - July 3, 2019

Tim Spiegl, of Antigo, died Wednesday, July 3, 2019. He was 66 years old. He was born on April 25, 1953, in Antigo, a son of Paul and Eleanor (Schweitzer) Spiegl.

He grew up on a dairy farm in the town of Norwood and always appreciated his farm roots.

He was a graduate of Antigo High School, class of 1971 and maintained many life-long friendships.

Tim founded Spiegl Construction in 1974 and specialized in the designing and construction of potato warehouses, pole buildings, and structural steel buildings. He also owned Northern Door Specialists and was the local Raynor garage door distributor. He was passionate about his projects and took pride in helping local businesses succeed.

He had a story for every situation and was known to captivate his audience in laughter.

He was a caring father, brother and friend who enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

He loved snowmobiling, hunting and fishing.

Tim is survived by a son, Josh Spiegl, Wild Rose; a daughter, Kerri Spiegl (Arvin Fajardo) of Santa Monica, California; two sisters, Julie (Steve) Halambeck, Antigo, Sally (Steve) Sell, Neenah; a brother, Paul Spiegl, Atlanta, Georgia.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday July 13, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Wes Jedras officiating. Burial will take place in Elmwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home and Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of services.

Tim will be remembered as a hard worker who readily had a story to share.

"Tim had a heart of gold and would bend over backwards to help someone in need. He was a father figure to his employees and was a huge supporter of the FFA and the 4-H langlade county fair where he would buy the kids pigs or cows every year and then donate the meat. . He was old school and one of a kind. I will miss him so much"
