Imogene E. Iliff
April 5, 1930 - July 29, 2019

Imogene E. Iliff, 89, of Hampton, Iowa, formerly of Truman, Minnesota, passed away, July 29, 2019, at the Rehabilitation Center of Hampton in Hampton, Iowa. She was born on April 5, 1930, in Clay County, Iowa, to Ray and Mildred (Carsons) Campbell.

Imogene was united in marriage to Melvin K. Meng on April 7, 1948, to this union three children were born Kenneth, John, and Debbie. Melvin passed away, then she married Jack Iliff on September 13, 1980.

Imogene worked at the Truman schools as a lunch lady. She was a member of the Truman Church of Christ, Red Hat Society, Boy Scouts as a den mother and volunteered at the Truman Museum.

Imogene enjoyed gardening and the outdoors. Her true love was quilting, where she donated them to many charities.

Imogene is survived by her son Kenneth (friend Cindy) Meng of Providence, Rhode Island, son John (Deb) Meng of St. Cloud, Minnesota, daughter Debbie (Steve) Meyer of Hampton, grandchildren Brian (Tiffany) Meng, Connie (Bill) Hoops, Chad (Jen) Meng, Amber (Toby) Anderson, Teri Meyer, nine great-grandchildren, two great-great children, brother Bernard (Pat) Campbell of Fairmont, Minnesota.

Imogene is preceded in death by her parents, husbands, three sisters, and one brother.

Private family services will be held at the Horicon Cemetery. The family will celebrate Imogene life at 12 noon, Saturday, August 17, 2019, at the Church of Christ in Truman, lunch will be served all are welcome to come and share your memories with the family.
