Janet Graham
September 23, 1939 - August 2, 2019

Janet E. Graham, 79, of Fort Dodge passed away Friday, August 2, 2019 at Trinity Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 8, 2019 at Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home and then a Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. at Corpus Christi Church with Msgr. Kevin McCoy officiating. A visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with a CDA Rosary at 4:00 p.m. and a Vigil at 7:00 p.m.
Jan is survived by her husband, Roger; daughters, Dawn (Kevin) Dencklau of Fort Dodge; Stephanie (Brian) Thompson of Renwick; Katie (Brandon) Tews of Ogden; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Pam (Paul) DeVoe of Fort Collins, CO; Karen Miller of Elgin, IL; and brothers, Michael Meyer Weatherford, TX and Pat Meyer of Norwalk.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Florence (Hood) Meyer; and infant daughter, Amy Graham.
Janet Elizabeth Meyer was born September 23, 1939. She was raised in Pomeroy and graduated from Pomeroy High School in 1957. She then went on to study at the Tobin Business College. On August 6, 1960 she was united in marriage to Roger Graham. The couple established their home in Fort Dodge. Jan worked in the medical field for 44 years. She worked as a Histotechnician for Dr. H.T. Larson, Mercy Hospital and Trinity Regional Hospital, where she worked in the Histology department until her retirement in 2001. Jan was a member of Holy Trinity Parish and Catholic Daughters of America. She enjoyed playing cards but above all loved her family.
Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
