"I am so sorry to hear about Verner's passing. He was the best next door neighbor I could ever imagine. When he got home from work he always came to our yard to play ball games with us, and we always had a great time. He was also my confirmation teacher at St. John's Lutheran and we had some very meaningful spiritual discussions that were very important to me at the time. I will always have fond memories of Verner as well as the entire Heilskov family."
