Linda Jane Wood passed on July 12, 2019. She was 78. Linda Jane was born September 18, 1940 in Youngstown, Ohio. She moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL with her family at age 5.
Linda Jane graduated from Ft. Lauderdale High in 1958. She spent the next 10 years of her life in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove, FL. Becoming expert and accomplished in many arts and crafts. Art and literature, women's fashion, furniture and art glass, leather craft and jewelery making were all skills and areas of knowledge she developed.
The 1970's, 80's and 90's saw Linda Jane and her partners designing, building and managing boutique in seaside locations in Naples, Key Largo and Big Pine Key as well as shops in Kennebunkport, Maine.
Linda retired to Davie, FL where she resided for the last 23 years of her life.
Linda Jane was a kind, loving and compassionate sister, aunt and friend who is survived by her two brothers, Robert and Stanley and her three nephews Morgan, Matthew and Joseph.
