"This news is heartbreaking to hear. Jeff was such a welcoming guy as I knew him. I remember as a neighborhood kid, Jeff would invite anyone on the court with him and the guys to shoot hoops...even wrestlers. I remember racing mopeds and playing tackle football at Metler's and Puff's. Jeff was always an encourager. After over 20 years of absence I got to visit with Jeff at our 20th class reunion. He was genuinely happy to see me there. Jeff talked highly of his family. I'm thankful we got to visit. I'm truely sorry for Jeff's family and friends. You're all are in our prayers. Randy Weflen and family."
