"In the Loss of Your Mother. Those we hold most dear never truly leave us... They live on in the kindnesses they showed, the comfort they shared and the love they brought into our lives. May beautiful memories give you strength in these difficult hours. With Deepest Sympathy"
"Our sympathy to the family of Edna Werner. She was such a lovely lady. She was Leon`s cousin and they were both about the same age. Your Mom was very interested in family history and this led to many interesting visits with relatives that none of the family had ever met. Our last visit was a few years ago at her new home in Jeffers. She was very frail at that time. The last letters revealed her memory problem so sad. Some years back she gave me the Werner Family Cookbook that I cherish very much. With sympathy, Leon & Florence Werner "
"Tanley, Shawna and Bob, Your mother was so kind and gracious. I think I should have paid rent as much time as I spent at your place growing up. And Edna was always so nice. And she stayed calm with that tornado appearing to be coming right for the Doors car! Nice memories. Jeff"
"Tanley - my heart goes out to you with joy as we celebrate the life of your mother. Such an amazing lady...who had such an amazing daughter! She's always with you...and the conversations will go on (this I know first hand!). God bless you and your family. Love, Jeannie"
"A gracious host, a woman who appeared to celebrate the gifts in each of us, a person who took time to get to know others and share her stories with them. She is easy to love, easy to remember, a real gift to the world, and I'm glad I got to spend a little time with her."
"Sincere sympathy to you all. You were able to have her here for many years and I am sure have many memories. Remembering those special times will help you get through until you meet again. "
"So sorry for your loss. I'll be prayong for you all."
"Deepest sympathies to you. My prayers are with you now. She is at peace, but missing you all. "
"Long time friend at the lake. A special person. Had my first "Highball" with her."
