Judy A. Flynn of Ambler and formerly of Penllyn, died Thursday, August 22, 2019 surrounded by her family at Abington Hospital Jefferson Health. She was 84 years old.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Mary (nee Mulderig) Fearnsides.
Judy loved to travel with her husband of 59 years, Charles J. Flynn, who died November 12, 2018. She is the devoted mother of Melani P. Jaffe and her husband Afshin Zavareh of Oreland, and Mia Flynn Payne and her husband Ron of Fort Washington. Judy is the loving Grandmother of Benjamin, Jake and Abby, and the Sister of Jack Fearnsides and his wife Margaret Jenny of Washington, DC.
She was an Event Coordinator, employed by Plymouth Meeting Mall and the Exton Mall for 29 1/2 years prior to her retirement in 2015.
Relatives and friends may call Wednesday August 28, 2019 from 9:30 to 10:15 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church Chapel 259 Forest Ave. Ambler, PA with her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment will be Private.
Remembrances in her name to St. John's Hospice 1221 Race St Philadelphia, PA 19107 www.saintjohnshospice.org would be appreciated by the family.
