Mrs. Mary E. Lakatos Nauta, age 77, died Sunday, November 18, 2001. She was born in Muskegon, MI on November 28, 1923 to Peter & Mary Szekely Lakatos & married Martin Nauta in Fruitport, MI on October 25, 1947. Mrs. Nauta was a homemaker & enjoyed arts & crafts.
SURVIVORS:
2 sons, Eugene Nauta of CA & James Terry Nauta of Manistee, MI; 2 grandsons; 2 great grand-children; 5 sisters, Margaret Vitald Jawor & Veronica Borns, both of Muskegon, Irma C.B. Jones of MS, Rose Art Hartman of Muskegon & Theresa Joe Kuzinar of Fruitport; 6 brothers, George Mary Ellen Lakatos of Fruitport, Pete Jackie Lakatos of FL, James Elsa Lakatos & Joseph Alice Lakatos, both of Muskegon, Alex Delphine Lakatos of N. Muskegon & Dennis Betty Lakatos of Muskegon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin & by her parents, Peter & Mary.
SERVICE:
Wednesday, November 21, 2001, 1:00 PM at First Congregational Church of Fruitport with Pastor Ron DePung officiating. Interment at Fruitport Cemetery.
VISITATION:
Wednesday, one hour prior to the service at the church. MEMORIAL: Hospice of Ludington.
