MUSCATINE, Iowa - Theo Benjamin Wolf, 12 weeks, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 29, 2019.
Theo was born June 3, 2019, in Iowa City, the son of Jonathan and Lisa Wolf.
Always a happy boy, he smiled frequently and loved to stick out his tongue. Theo loved snuggling with his daddy and momma, laughing at his brothers, going on walks and splashing during bath time. Theo was surrounded by so much love and brought so much happiness and joy to his family.
Theo will be deeply missed by his parents, Jonathan and Lisa Wolf of Muscatine; his brothers, Noah and Owen Wolf; his paternal grandparents, Larry and Julie Wolf of Muscatine; his maternal grandparents, Steve and Susan Derry of Mediapolis and Dean Vantiger and fiancé Juanita Phipps of Yarmouth; his maternal great grandparents, Fred and Anita Vantiger of Mt. Union and Diane Janis of Union, Kentucky; his uncle Nick, aunt Nicole and cousin Henry Adams of O'Fallon, Missouri; his uncle Cody Vantiger and fiancé Katlyn Malone of Burlington; and many other family and friends.
Theo was preceded in death by his paternal great grandparents and maternal great grandfather.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4 at Ralph J Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home in Muscatine, IA. A memorial service will be held immediately following.
Memorial donations may be made to the family in care of Jonathan and Lisa Wolf.
