A Mass of Christian Burial for Kendra will take place Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Emmetsburg. Interment is in St. John's Catholic Cemetery. There will be a parish vigil service at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday followed by visitation for family and friends.
Kendra Ann Myers, daughter of Patricia Weber and the late Cecil Robert Crail was born May 3, 1967 in Burt, Iowa. She was a graduate from Algona High School in 1985.
On September 12, 1997, Kendra was united in marriage to Paul Myers at The Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. The couple made their home in Emmetsburg where they raised their three children.
She treasured her three children, her grandson, and her family pets. She enjoyed watching the Minnesota Twins and Minnesota Vikings, going on motorcycle rides, and lounging in her pajamas.
On Friday, September 20, 2019, Kendra passed away at Pocahontas Community Hospital in Pocahontas, Iowa.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Paul of Emmetsburg; three children: Kelsey Myers (Aaron Brody) of West Des Moines, Cady Myers of Cedar Rapids, and Jacob Myers of Emmetsburg; one grandson: Micah; her parents: Patricia and Paul Weber of Algona; two siblings: Wendy Froehlich (Roger) and Jeff Mortensen (Melanie); and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Kendra was preceded in death by her father Cecil, her grandparents Wilfred and Iva Woltz and Willard and Florence Crail, her father
