"I?m sorry for your loss. A couple of memories I have is when I Yvonne Hess (Mears) was cutting through your yard Mrs.Davis would yell at me to get off the grass. Another was when I was hungry I went home and grabbed some food and went back over to your moms house. I didn?t think about it at the time. Your mom spoke very stern with me. She explained to me how rude it is to eat eat in front of people and not offer any. I appreciate it in how she was showing me how to be without a whooping. Mrs.Davis was quick to correct anyone that was being disrespectful to her and her kids. I have not appreciated it at the time but as I look back on the memories she done right by me. She was like a mother to kids that needed it or just wanted it. She?ll be missed but her memories will stay alive. RIP Mrs. Davis"
