Lavon Phillips
May 10, 1969 - September 30, 2019

Lavon Adelena Phillips also known as Lovee, aka Rownee, 50, of Pompano, Florida passed away on September 30, 2019 of natural causes.

The funeral service will be held at 4:30 PM at 2401 S. University Drive Davie, FL 33324. Visitation will begin at 3:30.

Lavon was born in Hartford, CT. She graduated from Marion High School in King of Prussia, PA and spent most of her youth in the Bronx, NY

Lavon worked as a manager at All American Gutters whom she looked at as her extended family. Lavon enjoyed dancing, listening to various genres of music, and helping to raise her beautiful grandchildren.

Lavon is survived by her son Ian Turnbull, her mother Maveta Senior, her sisters Saja Gibbs and Suzanne Kelin, brother- in-law Roy Kelin, her nephew Cayden Gibbs, her grandchildren, Aaliyah, Nalani, Isaiah and Hassan along with many other close friends and family members including loving aunts and cousins.

Lavon is preceded in death by her father Lascelles Phillips and her grandparents, Roy and Dorothy Robertson.
