October 24, 1935 - October 1, 2019

Funeral Services for Mrs. Della Doris Richardson Harvey, age 83, of Sparta and formerly of Overton County will be conducted 2 p.m., Saturday, October 5, 2019 from the chapel of the Livingston Funeral Home. Bro. Randy Pickens will officiate. Burial to follow in the Fellowship Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Friday evening from 5 until 8 p.m., then on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of services at the Livingston Funeral Home.

Mrs. Della passed from this life on Tuesday morning, October 1, 2019 at her son's home in Sparta. She was born in Overton County, Tennessee, on October 24, 1935, to the late Billy & Maudie Sells Richardson. Della was a member of the Church of Christ, and worked in Medical Records for the Hospital for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, sewing, cooking, and baking. She loved life and the families she worked for.

Della leaves behind her son, Rick Harvey of Sparta, TN; granddaughters, Melissa Pilkington of Knoxville, TN and Stacey Harvey of Florida; grandsons, Matthew Harvey of Lake Havasu, AZ, and William Cody Harvey of Florida; brothers, Delton Richardson of Rickman, TN, Denver Richardson of Sparta, TN, and Dexter Richardson of Bunker, MO

In addition to her parents, Della was preceded in death by her son, Freddy Wayne Harvey; sisters, Delma Nation, Desma Harrell, Delsie Humphrey, Donna Mullins; brothers, Dennis Richardson, and Doyle Richardson.
