MUSCATINE, Iowa - Cecelia Weeden, 66, passed away Monday, September 23, 2019, at Trinity UnityPoint Hospital.

Cecelia was born on December 16, 1952, the daughter of Shirley Gilbert Randolph. She married Jimmy Weeden on June 6, 1976.
Cecelia graduated from East Aurora High school.
She loved her dog, Morgan, and enjoyed reading, playing games and going on walks.
Those left to honor her memory include her son, Daniel Hoefke and his husband, David, of Muscatine.
She was preceded in death by both parents and her sisters, Cynthia Dix and Sheila Felix.
