"Carolyn and Family,
I do not know what to say - I just found out about Marty's passing but I know that he will truly be missed. I was not only lucky to have worked with him for many years but also to have known him on a personal basis since your marriage in 1973.
When I called about a shipment, he was always so kind and very helpful and then he and I would switch gears and talk about you and the girls. He was so proud of you all. I was so thankful that I did get to talk with him for a short time after finding out about his diagnosis. Dan and I remember the 10th Class Reunion that we attended together and how much fun we had.
Hold tight to the wonderful memories that you and the girls have; it will help to ease the pain. Please know that Our Loving Thoughts and Prayers are with you all during this sad and difficult time.
Love, Dan and Cathy Eberhart"
I have such fond memories of Marty and you, when I was married to Mike Ballinger come to mind.
I am so sorry for your loss. I have nothing but great memories of all the times we spent together. The time goes by so fast. My heart goes out to you and your family.
"Carolyn, I am so sorry for your loss. You will be in our thoughts. "
"I am so sorry for your loss. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting Marty in person we have talked on the phone for several years and had a lot of wonderful conversations. Marty was a wonderful person and will be missed by many."
