July 7, 1948 - November 19, 2019

Diane C. Knieriemen, age 71, of Gilmanton, NH, died Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames, Iowa.

Graveside memorial services will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery in Gilmanton Ironworks, NH, at a later date.

Born July 7, 1948, in Brockton, MA, Diane Carol Knieriemen was the daughter of Clyde and Anne (Nutter) Morse. She was employed as a postal clerk for many years.

Survivors include a son and his wife, Rodney and Traci Knieriemen of Penacook, NH; two grandchildren; and her cousins, Mary Bernadette DeBurr, John DeBurr, and Stephen DeBurr. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Ames Monument & Cremation Center of Ames has been entrusted with the care of Diane and her family.

"I was lucky to have found Diane?s name in my father Richard Morse?s address book after he passed July 2017.I reached out to a total stranger and found her generous heart on the other end of the phone.Her loving conversations and letters and cards were wonderful. Full of love and sweet words of wisdom and kindness.We were building a grear cousinly friendship. I am so sad I didn't get to meet last July when I was up in Marshfield,Massachusetts having a celebration of life for my mom Priscilla who died July 4 I?m very sorry to not have met you either Rodney or your family but maybe you could call me and let me know how you are . I have a couple of pictures I want to send to you I found in some slides my dad had. I?m printing at Costco in a couple days so if you want to call me email me on this message that I?m sending I?ll call you back my love and condolences tor you and your family thank you.
