"My heart is heavy as I write this. Charlotte was such a good friend, one I won't soon forget! My heart goes out to her family during this difficult time. I just had another good friend remind that life is made up of many chapters. Try to get through your pain by concentrating on past chapters and not so much on her last chapter. There are many good memories to hang onto. May God bless you!"
